Abstract: The invention discloses a 2,4,6-trichlorophenol fluorescent molecular imprinted polymer and an application thereof. 2,4,6-trichlorophenol synthesized with a precipitation polymerization method is taken as a template molecule, 7-allyloxy coumarin is taken as a functional monomer, EGDMA (ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate) is taken as a crosslinking agent, AIBN (2,2'-azodiisobutyronitrile) is taken as an initiator, the template molecule and the functional monomer are dissolved in acetonitrile, ultrasonic oscillation is performed, standing is performed at the room temperature for pre-polymerization, the crosslinking agent is added, the initiator is added finally, the mixed liquid is subjected to ultrasonic oscillation, nitrogen is introduced after degassing, the mixed liquid is heated in a constant-temperature oil bath in a thermal initiation polymerization manner, and white precipitated polymers are obtained after polymerization; white precipitated polymers are eluted with a methanol solution containing acetic acid and repeatedly soaked through the methanol solution, vacuum drying is performed, and the 2,4,6-trichlorophenol fluorescent molecular imprinted polymer is obtained. The polymer is uniform in light emitting and good in stability, has high sensitivity and lower LOD (limit of detection), has higher selective recognition capability for trichlorophenol and can be applied to quantitative detection and analysis of ultratrace 2,4,6-trichlorophenol.
