Preparation method of high-performance liquid chromatography stationary phase

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-molecular compounds, and discloses a preparation method of a high-performance liquid chromatography stationary phase. The liquid chromatography stationary phase is a resveratrol molecularly-imprinted polymer. A preparation method of the resveratrol molecularly-imprinted polymer includes the steps: 1) taking resveratrol and acrylamide according to molar ratio of 1:6-1:2, and dissolving the resveratrol and the acrylamide in acetonitrile; 2) adding ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azodiisobutyronitrile into solution acquired inthe step 1), and performing polymerization reaction for 23-26 hours in water bath of 55-65 °C by a reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization method to obtain a blockpolymer; 3) grinding the block polymer, drying the grinded block polymer, and removing impurities in dried block polymer to obtain the resveratrol molecularly-imprinted polymer. The weight of the acetonitrile is 0.2-0.3 times that of the resveratrol, and the molar ratio of the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate to the azodiisobutyronitrile is 80:1-100:1. The prepared stationary phase has good separation effect on resveratrol components.
