Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of a trace meta-tolyl-N-methylcarbamate-enriched molecular imprinting polymer. The preparation method is mainly and technically characterized in that an adsorption functional material having high selective recognition ability for meta-tolyl-N-methylcarbamate is synthesized by adopting a mass polymerization method, with the meta-tolyl-N-methylcarbamate as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross linker and tetrahydrofuran and methylbenzene as reaction solvents. The invention has the advantages of low cost, simple synthesis process and easily-controlled reaction conditions; and the prepared meta-tolyl-N-methylcarbamate molecular imprinting polymer can be used for combining solid phase extraction enriching with a high efficiency liquid chromatography and is suitable for detecting the trace meta-tolyl-N-methylcarbamate in food and purifying various samples.
