Abstract: In recent years, the enantioselective recognition has more and more important realistic meaning, and naturally the chiral stationary phase as separating chiral molecule has aroused the attention from all analytical chemists. This paper introduces chiral stationary phase and classification, and the development of chiral stationary phase based on amino acid and method of preparation. Meanwhile, the chiral recognition mechanism of the isomers is introduced briefly
