Abstract: Molecular imprinting technique is one of the important methods to produce selective materials and hot research points in biological, Pharmaceutical, food safety fields presently. Molecular imprinting polymers obtained by MIT since it has the characters of selection and stability. This article reviewed three aspects of the molecular imprinting technique, including the mechanism and technical proposal, the application of solid phase extraction technique,and the application of biosensor. Finally,the current problems and progress in the future of MIT were discussed.
