Study on the effect of recognized characteristics of quercetin imprinted polymers with different functional monomers.

Abstract: A series of quercetin molecularly imprinted polyers were synthesized with different functional monomers through molecular imprinting technology.Their recognized characteristics were studied.Connection between effect each other template and functional monomer and absorption of molecuar imprinted polymer also was studied.The result showed that the imprinted polyer taking 2-VP as functional monomer and(THF-CHCl3)as solvent obtained the highest adsorption amount for quercetin were determined to be 4457.52(μg/g).Using UV as determine,the interaction between quercetin with 2-VP was stonger.
