Abstract: The molecularly imprinted particles were synthesized using resveratrol as the template.As a solid-phase extraction micro-column,a polytetrafluoroe-thylene tube was connected to the sampling loop of the eight-way injection valve for the preconcentration and extraction of resveratrol.The eluent was used as the carrier to extract the adsorbed resveratrol and then reacted with potassium permanganate in the flow cell to produce CL.The chemiluminescence intensity is correlated linearly with resveratrol concentration in the range of 2.510-7~6.110-5 g/mL with a detection limit of(3s) 810-6 g/mL.The relative standard deviation is 2.0% for 1.510-6 g/mL of resveratrol(n=11).
