Abstract: With polystyrene as ball, microcystins (MC-LR) as template molecule, methyl methacrylate (MAA) as functional monomers, N,N'-methylene double acrylamide as crosslinking agent,molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by swelling polymerization. The microspheres were characterized with electron microscopy, porosity analysis and infrared absorption, Optimized experimental conditions of the microcystins molecularly imprinted polymer mass ratio were monomers : template : crosslinking agent = 2600 : 1 : 3947; elution time was 25 min. By Scatchard curve analysis, the dissociation constants Kd was 3.7 μg/mL,maximum apparent adsorption Qmax was 124.7 μmoL/g.
