Abstract: 5,7-dihydroxyflavone molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP) was prepared by precipitation polymerization, its absorption capability was detected by UV-spectrometry.Absorption tended to saturate when the concentration of 5,7-dihydroxyflavone increased. When the concentration of 5,7-dihydroxyflavone was 0.0378 mmol/L,absorption equilibrium needed forty minutes, and the amount of absorption was 1.941 μmol/g.The imprinted polymers exhibited a considerable tendency to absorb 5,7-dihydroxyflavone selectively.
Template and target information: 5,7-dihydroxyflavone
