Abstract: Molecular impringting technique is a borderline subject developed from combining polymer chemistry and biochemistry. In this paper, it reviews that the molecular imprinting polymer is used in separating chiral drugs and other compounds used as solid phase extracting agents in chromatographic analysis and as sensitive material in preparing chemical sensors to determine drug analysis clinically harmful survival substance examination such as agricultural chemical in soil and food etc. Moreover, the progress of study on molecular imprinting polymer acting as imitate enzyme catalysis is also introduced
