Patent Title: Target molecular-imprinted polymer and method for producing the same
Publication date: 2007
Publication number: JP2007-277304
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target molecular imprinted polymer expressing high selectivity even when a high polymer such as a biomolecule is used as a target molecule in relation to the target molecular imprinted polymer bonding with the target molecule, and a method for producing the same.
SOLUTION: The target molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) complex in which the target molecule is bonded is formed by mixing and polymerizing the target molecule with a functional monomer having a functional group interacting with the target molecule and the functional groups which are included in the MIP complex and do not bond to the target molecules are inactivated. Thus, bonding of non-target molecules able to bond to the MIP with weak interaction can be suppressed and the MIP expressing high selectivity is provided even in the case when the high polymer such as the biomolecule is used as the target molecule.
