The invention belongs to the technical field of tea leaf deep processing, and particularly relates to a method for extracting golden camellia leaf active compounds. The method includes (1) a step of preparing powder, namely a step of collecting fresh golden camellia leaves, cleaning the leaves with clear water, draining off, putting the leaves into a reaction kettle, feeding liquid nitrogen into the reaction kettle, performing soaking treatment under ultrahigh pressure, and then grinding and crushing the leaves to obtain golden camellia leaf powder; (2) a step of adding magnetized water into the golden camellia leaf powder, adjusting the temperature of the solution to be 60-80 DEG C, performing high-speed shearing, adding enzyme molecularly imprinted microspheres to adsorb polyphenol oxidase and catalase, and performing filtration to remove insoluble compounds to obtain a solution of golden camellia effective components; (3) a step of purifying the obtained active compounds, namely a step of adding a surfactant having a concentration of 0.05% into the obtained solution of golden camellia effective components, then adding glucono delta-lactone having a concentration of 0.2-0.5% anddisodium EDTA having a concentration of 0.4-0.6% into the mixture, and performing filtration to obtain the golden camellia leaf active compounds.
