Abstract: Aims: Molecularly imprinted monolithic bar was proposed in glass capillary by situ polymerization method. It could be used for estradiol, estriol and estrone sorptive extraction.
Methods: The monolithic bar was cut into certain length rods for sorptive extraction. After microextraction, it was eluted by ultrasound. Then the desorption solution was analysized by high performance liquid chromatography.
Results: The molecularly imprinted monolithic bar showed good selectivity to estradiol, estriol and estrone. The imprinting factor was 2.4, 1.9, 1.9, respectively. The molecularly imprinted monolithic bar also showed higher extraction amounts than that of non-imprinted monolithic bar.
Conclusions: The proposed molecularly imprinted solid phase microextraction monolithic bar has good elasticity and the thickness and length are easy to control to meet the needs of different analysis requirements.
