Abstract: Ferulic acid( FA) is a phenolic acid with styrene-type that widely exists in plant tissues,and possesses many important bioactivities and pharmacological activities. For the polymerizable double bond that is contained in the molecular structure of FA,the molecule imprinting of FA,MIP-QP / SiO_2 was effectively realized by the new surface imprinting technology of "pre-graft polymerizing and post-imprinting". The experimental results show that the imprinted particles MIP-QP / SiO_2 have the excellent binding affinity and specific recognition selectivity. The binding capacity gets up to 182 mg / g. Relative to a depside,chlorogenic acid,of which the molecular structure is similar to that of FA to a certain degree,the coefficient of selectivity of MIP-QP / SiO_2 particles reaches up to 7. 15,while relative to another phenolic acid,caffeic acid,of which the molecular structure is very similar to that of FA,the coefficient of selectivity of MIP-QP / SiO_2 particles reaches 3. 27.
