Abstract: The authors describe the preparation of Fe3O4-MIP (molecularly imprinted polymer) nanocomposite and the application on the recognition and separation of glyphosate. FTIR and UV confirmed the presence of imprinted sites in the nanocomposite. SEM analysis confirms the average size of Fe3O4 around 56-ánm and Fe3O4-MIP around 70 nm, CV characterization showed this nanocomposite can help recognize the trace level of glyphosate. In addition, with the help of magnetic nano-Fe3O4, the recycling use of this nanocomposite is realized. Thus the authors' work provides an effective and efficient method to recognize and separate glyphosate
