Abstract: Using boronic acid-functionalized magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) as supports, ovalbumin (OB) as the model glycoprotein, dopamine (DA) as the monomer, the magnetic surface molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) NPs were prepared by surface imprinting. The recognition and selectivity of the MIPs were studied by equilibrium adsorption experiments. The results obtained showed that the imprinted polymers exhibited high adsorption capacity and good recognition capability for OB,and the high saturation magnetization of the magnetic MIPs was very favorable for rapid magnetic separation. This will provide a new way for specific recognition of the target glycoprotein in the complex biological samples.
