Abstract: The preparation of berberine hydrochloride stir bar was an iron wire coated with a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). The process is based on the synthesis of polymers with berberine hydrochloride (BH) as templates, methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomers, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a crosslinker. Then, the conditions of preparation and determination were optimized. The berberine hydrochloride was extracted with stir bar from Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis and detected with HPLC. The results show the linear range of berberine hydrochloride concentration was 10 ~ 125 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 9993, and the equation was A = 3.07 x 10^3[rho] + 1.27 x 10^6. The recoveries were between 94. 5%and 103. 5% and RSD was 3. 3%.
Template and target information: berberine hydrochloride
