Abstract: With the increasing attention of the whole society to the food safety,the analysis and detection technology of the illicit drugs in food is becoming more and more advanced. Molecular imprinting technique as a kind of advanced biomimetic recognition technology in recent years has features such as predetermined, recognition, practicability and stability of chemical properties. It has been widely used in the field of solid phase extraction, chromatography separation, biochemistry bionic sensor, drug analysis, and so on. The application and research development of molecular imprinting technique in the analysis of drug residues in food were reviewed.
