Abstract: Lincomycin hydrochloride polymeric membrane sensor was successfully prepared by cyclic voltammetry (CV) method, using lincomycin hydrochloride as the template molecule, o-phenylenediamine as the functional monomer. The performances of the sensor system were studied using differential pulse method (DPV)and CV method. The results showed that the electrode had good stability, reproducibility, selectivity and accuracy. In concentration range of 6.604 x 10-8 - 1.204 x 10-6 mol/L, the peak current value and concentration showed a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was 0.9959, detection limit was 5.0 x 10-9 mol/L and recovery rate was 95.9%-103.6%. The method can be used to determine actual samples.
