Abstract: A nicotine imprinted membrane sensor was prepared. Ortho amino phenol and nicotine have deposited on the working electrode which was based on the Au-Pd alloy nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behavior of nicotine on the nicotine imprinted membrane sensor was studied by differential pulse voltammetry. The effects of the dissolution time of the template, enrichment time and pH value of the solution on the electrochemical behavior of biosensor were studied. Under the optimized conditions, the detection range of nicotine molecularly imprinted membrane sensor was 1.2 x 10-7 - 2.5 x 10-3 mol/L,and the detection limit was 4.6 x 10-8 mol/L. The method was used to determine the content of nicotine in the blood of smokers. The experimental results showed that this method had high sensitivity, wide linear range, good reproducibility, stability, etc.
