Abstract: 2,4-Dichlorbenzoic acid (2,4-D) in the spiked sample was analyzed by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) along with high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The influence of temperature, pressure and modifier on SFE was investigated. 2,4-D can be quantitatively extracted ( > 70 %) in the SFE condition of CaCl2 methanol as modifier, 20 MPa, 60 degreesC. The adsorptivities in solvents with different polar of molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) which were made in different conditions to 2,4-D were also studied. It is the first report that MIP is used as the adsorbent in the clean-up step after SFE. The results showed that MIP made in the mixed solvent of methanol and water could give the best result to improve the analytical selectivity
Template and target information: 2,4-Dichlorbenzoic acid, 2,4-D
