Abstract: Using (S)-ibuprofen-Cu2+ complex as template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the cross-linker and poly-sulfone membrane as the porous support layer, (S)-ibuprofen-Cu2+ metal-complexing imprinted polymer membrane were prepared via radiation polymerization. Through the UV-Vis spectrum study, (S)-ibuprofen, Cu2+ and methyl acrylic acid were formed ternary complexes with the ratio 2:1:2. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and permeation experiment, when the solid content of poly-sulfone membrane was 17%, the morphology and performance of imprinted membrane were the best after modification. At the same time, by selective permeation experiment, it was found that compared to its chiral symmetry compound (R)-ibuprofen and structural analogues ketoprofen, the imprinted membrane only showed excellent permeability to (S)-ibuprofen.
