Abstract: The dibutyl phthalate (DBP) hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymer (HY-MIP) was synthesized by sol-gel method in water phase. Static and selective adsorption experiments showed that HY-MIP had good adsorption capacity and specific adsorption for DBP. As a solid phase extraction filler, the purification and enrichment of DBP in aqueous phase were better than C18. A method was developed for the detection of the DBP in lotion by ultra performance liquid chromatography with hydrophilic molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction (HY-MISPE-UPLC) The detection limit was 4.46 μg/kg. The recoveriesing in three levels were 97.8%-98.7% with RSD 2.4%.
Template and target information: dibutyl phthalate, DBP
