Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) had been synthesized using ofloxacin as the template molecule and the modified ash microspheres as carrier by surface molecular imprinting technology. The MIP as solid phase extraction (SPE) materials coupled with UPLC was used for analysis of ofloxacin in Chicken gizzard. Under the condition of optimized extraction and analysis, the limits of detection of OFL in Chicken gizzard was 1.56 μg/kg and the limit of quantitation of OFL was 5.19 μg/kg. The recoveries of the developed method were in the rang from 87.3% to 102.5%, and the RSD was less than 3.6% which could meet the determination of trace OFL in food samples and the analysis of the residue. Meanwhile, compared with C_(18), the column could effectively remove the matrix effect, separation and enrichment effect was better.
Template and target information: ofloxacin, OFL
