Abstract: The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by surface polymerization using tetracycline (TC) as template and the magnetic-chitosan as supporter. The structure and properties of MIP were characterized by FTIR and adsorption experiments. The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of MIP for TC was 56.60 mg/g. The adsorption equilibrium time was 1.5 h, and the main adsorption process was controlled by chemical adsorption. MIP also exhibited good group-selective for tetracycline antibitics (TCs). Meanwhile the MISPE-HPLC method was developed using MIP as the solid phase extraction material for the residual analysis of TCs in the pork and honey samples. The recovery was in range of 84.0%-99.3%, and RSD was less than 4.0%. The obtained MIP showed high efficiency on the separation and enrichment of TCs in the various samples.
