Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with fluorescent property came from polymerization precipitation method by using carbaryl as template molecule, MAA as functional monomers, EGDMA as crosslinking agent, AIBN as initiator, and CdSe/CdS quantum dots (QDs) as fluorescence probe. Besides, CdSe/CdS QDs@MIPs with specifically adsorptive property with specificity could be found through optimization conditions and characterization. The MIPs could be used as fluorescent sensor in the rapid detection of carbaryl in food and environment because of cheir good fluorescence quenching response to different concentrations of carbaryl.
Template and target information: carbaryl
