Abstract: The molecularly imprinting nanometer layer with rapid response and high sensitivity to phosphorus agent sarin has been prepared by electrochemical polymerization. The results of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) show that the layer thickness is only 35 nm. By screening the factors which affect the electrochemical polymerization reaction, such as the concentration of template molecule, the concentration of monomer, scan potential and scan times, we fabricate molecularly imprinting nanometer sensors on QCM. This new-style sensor has rapid response(the initial response time 2 s), good selectivity, large detecting range(0.7 similar to 50 μL/L) and high sensitivity (1 nL/L)
Template and target information: sarin
