Abstract: Microstereolithography has been used to fabricate functional, three-dimensional, molecularly imprinted microstructures (e.g., see Figure) with recognition for adenine and its derivatives. The range of target analytes that are responsive to this molecular imprinting technique is large. This and related lithographic techniques will allow for the direct integration of functional polymers with molecular recognition into the microfabrication process
