Abstract: A new technique for simultaneous determination of tetracycline (TC), chlortetracycline (CTC), doxycycline (DC) in egg samples was developed by using radiant-type multi-molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE)-PDMS/glass array chip coated magnetic graphene oxide (Fe3O4/GO). Three kinds of molecularly imprinted polymers coated Fe3O4/GO (Fe3O4/GO-MIPs) were synthesized by in situ polymerization using TC, CTC and DC as single templates, respectively. The Fe3O4/GO-MISPE monolithic columns exhibited high affinity and specificity to TC, CTC and DC, as detected by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection. Moreover, the radiant-type array extraction chip showed excellent adsorption capacity and particular selectivity to TC, CTC and DC, with the enrichment factors reaching 86-104 folds. Fe3O4/GO-MIPs were tested by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy. The limit of detection for TC, CTC and DC was 3.0-5.5 μg kg-1. Therefore, the chip-based imprinted monolithic array columns are promising for facile extraction of TC, CTC and DC from egg samples
