Abstract: This paper proposes a flexible gas sensor array system fabricated by full printing process, which can simultaneously monitor a variety of gases. The production of sensors using a low-cost, large-scale, high-speed printing technology throughout the process. Realizing the production of multiple sensors in a small area with low cost. Detection of a variety of gases using a sensor array. The results show that it is possible to make a full-printing gas sensor by acetylene carbon black (Φ =20 nm) ink and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) ink; 36 sensors are formed on a 3cm* 3cm paper; and the gases such as acetic acid and hexanoic acid are well recognized
