Abstract: A simple method has been developed for the formation of silica-based selective surfaces for the sorption of low-mol.-mass org. substances by their prior use as matrixes in the modification of silanol groups by a silylating agent (trimethylchlorosilane, octadecyltrichlorosilane, trimethylbromosilane, hexamethyldisilazane, etc.). The method can be used for formation of selective surfaces for substances like ATP, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine.
