Abstract: A chem. modified electrode (CME) was combined with an artificial receptor system prepd. by imprinting electrochem. polymn. of [Ni-(Protoporphyrin IX) di-Me ester] [Ni-(PPIX)] in the presence of nitrobenzene. The response of the conducting polymer-modified glassy carbon electrode towards template mols. was studied by cycling over the redn. wave of nitrobenzene, used as model. This approach has potential for prepn. of selective polymeric films on the surface of different transducers.
