Abstract: Novel molecularly imprinted polymeric membranes were prepared from oligopeptide derivative tweezers, of which number of constituting amino acid residue was three. The membranes were prepared by using Boc-D-Trp as a print molecule. The D-isomer, Ac-D-Trp, was always incorporated in the membrane in preference to the corresponding L-isomer. The affinity constant between chiral recognition site and Ac-D-Trp was determined to be 1.05×104 mol-1dm3.
