Abstract: In the presence of template molecule of naproxen, molecular imprinting polymer of naproxen was prepared by using of acrylamide as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent, and evaluation by means of high efficient liquid chromatograph was carried out. The result showed that the racemic naproxen was efficiently resolved, and the ibuprofen and ketoprofen similar to naproxen in structure were separated from naproxen. The mechanism of chiral recognition was discussed. Effects of flow rate and concentration of acetic acid in the mobile phase on separation were studied
Template and target information: naproxen
