Article Title: Synthesis of human urokinase imprinted polysiloxane polymer.

Abstract: Using the technique of molecular imprinting, polysiloxane polymers were prepared from 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and tetrathylorthosilicate at a ratio of 1:3 in the presence of native human high molecular weight urokinase (HUK). More than 50% of initial template proteins were entrapped in the resulting imprinted polymers, i.e. 3.4mg HUK/ml polymer. Only when digested with proteinase K, the resulting polymer showed ability to rebind HUK, with the rebinding capacity of about 28% of the input HUK or 1.93mg HUK/ml polymer
