Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymer with aminopyrine as template was prepared by in-situ polymerization using α-metbacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinker. The absorption property and selective recognition ability of the imprinted polymer in pure water and additives-water media were studied respectively. The result showed that the polymer rod column had higher absorption and higher selective ability in pure water mobile phase. A small quantity of additives, such as HAc, N(CH2CH3)(3) and ion pair solvent sodium dodecyl sulfate in the water phase, had very strong influence on the analytes' retention behavior with a dramatic decrease of the retention factors
