Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIPs) against cefathiamidine was sgnthocied and its applications for separation and enrichment in solid phase extraction (SPE) were reported. The mechanism of adsorption was discussed. All of the cefathiamidine can be adsorbed by molecularly imprinted polymers with 4-vinylpyridine as monomer and efficiently eluted by 2 mL water containing 30% acetic acid, which shows that molecularly imprinted solid, phase extraction can be used to treat serum for the detection of cefathiamidine by high performance liquid chromatography
Template and target information: cefathiamidine, cephalosporins
