Abstract: Caught on film: A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) film imprinted with the peptide sequence from the C-terminus of cytochrome c (Cyt c) is able to selectively capture Cyt c from a solution of five different proteins. Such a method allows for the capture of target proteins based only on genomic information.
Template and target information: protein, peptide, cytochrome c, Cyt c
Author keywords: imprinting, molecular recognition, protein epitopes, protein recognition, proteins
