Abstract: Recently, we have reported the imprinting hydrogels possessing N-isopropylacrylamide that play a role of theimosensitive units. In this time, we used an azo compound, 4,4'-Di[2-methacryloylambo]azobenzenep(DMAAB), as a photosensitive crosslinker Firstly we measured photosensitivity of DMAAB monomer by using UV/vis spectra. Next, we synthesized photosensitive hydrogel with acrylic acid(AAc) and DMAAB. Then, we measured water adsorption of that at 20 °C and under UV irradiation. Before that, we suggest that DMAAB gel is shirinking in UV irradiation
