Publication date: 1994
Journal: Chemicke Listy
Abstract: This paper gives an overview of different chiral stationary phases, mobile phases and chiral derivatization agents used in the analysis of drugs. Explanations of different chiral separation modes and separation mechanisms are mentioned. Some advantages and disadvantages of the chiral HPLC systems used for the drug analysis are discussed. The most recent papers dealing with the chiral analysis of drugs and related compounds are reviewed in this article
