Abstract: We prepared bisphenol A (BPA)-imprinted gels by photo-polymerization of cyclodextrin (CD) having a polymerizable group with acrylamide and a cross-linker in the presence of BPA as a template molecule. The BPA-imprinted gels prepared by phto-polymerization shrank in response to BPA. Photo-polymerization using a fluorescence microscope enabled us to prepare micro-sized BPA-responsive gels in a microchannel. This paper describes the effect of photo-polymerization condition on the BPA-responsive behaviors of the micro-sized gels
