Abstract: Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) is a new effective separation technique, it can prepare a polymer featuring selective recognition to a certain molecular compound. Because of the stability of molecular imprinting polymer in chemically and mechanically, MIT has been applied in several fields, such as chromatography separation, solid phase extraction, biosensor and so on. With the development of MIT, proteins imprinted technique also obtains great progresses in recent years, various proteins have been successful imprinted, such as Bovine serum albumin, Hemoglobin, proteinase et al. In this paper, the application and progress on proteins imprinted technique was introduced. The types of functional monomer and cross-linking agent, methods of imprinting, mechanism of imprinting and problems of proteins imprinting in this field were discussed respectively
