Abstract: The basic principle of molecularly imprinting technique was briefly introduced. And molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres of polyacrylamide (PAM) were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization using bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a template. The effects of stirring rate, initial monomer and stabilizer concentration, initiator adding rate and evaporation method on the size or morphology of PAM microspheres were investigated, and the molecule selective property of PAM microspheres with BSA was evaluated by using UV spectrophotometer, and the results showed that PAM microspheres prepared exhibited a good selective property
