Abstract: A sensitive nicotinic sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of O-aminophenol was proposed, and its configuration and performance were studied. Under the condition of weak acidity, the sensitive film was prepared through the electropolymerization of O-aminophenol on a platinum electrode in the presence of template (nicotinic). The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to nicotinic. A linear relationship between the current and the concentration was found in the range of 2. 0-5. 0 mmol/L. The sensor has been applied to the analysis of nicotinic in samples with recovery rates ranging from 92% to 104%
