Abstract: Using polyvinylidene foluoride hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane as the supported membranes and the levofloxacin as the template, the molecularly imprinted membranes were prepared by thermal copolymerization. The interaction between the template and functional monomer is proved, and the binding constant is 3.83 x 105 L2 / mol2 and chemical combination ratio is 2. The surface features of membranes were analyzed by scan electron micrographs. The solid phase extraction experiments show there are paths in the molecularly imprinted membranes which formed by the cavities with size and structure accommodated to levofloxacin and showed a better selectivity for it. Distributed coefficient K of the membranes to LVFX and OFLX could reach 2.7 and 2. This work increases the application of imprinted membrane extraction in chiral drug separation
