Abstract: Two molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) which have specific molecule recognition ability to acetylsalicylic acid(Asp) were synthesized taking Asp as template by molecular imprinting technique(MIT).In the procedure,a-methylacrylic acid(MAA) and acrylamide(AM) were selected as functional monomer, respectively and 1,4-divinyl benzene(DVB) as crosslinker. The results studied by UV spectra and equilibrium binding experiment showed that the interaction between the hydrogen bonds of Asp and AM was stronger than that of Asp and MAA,and the prepared polymer with AM as functional monomer showed stronger and better binding ability to Asp.This has significant meaning in the application of MIT in the separation and enrichment of Asp in complex samples, such as blood.
