Abstract: Determination of 17β-estradiol in body fluids has been receiving much attention in recent years because the level of 17β-estradiol which has an effect on the endocrine systems in ecosystem and human health is increasing. Labellized by dansyl chloride,17β-estradiol has been synthesized into fluorescent analyte successfully. In a microsphere way, the fluorescent 17β-estradiol can be turned into the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) which has the even size. The diameter of synthesized microsphere is between 300 to 400 nm. The order of the binding constant of microsphere MIP towards the fluorescent analyte in different polar solvent is acetonitrile methanol water dichloromethane and the difference of binding site with an average of 9.74(μmol/g) is not significant. The research gives us the foundation for detecting the 17β-estradiol rapidly and conveniently in a complex medium.
