Abstract: Objecdt ive Synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer membrane to separate racemate of amino acid hydantoins. Methods The interaction between template and different functional mondomers was studied using UV analysis.Using acrylamide as hydrogen bonding functional monomer and 5R-5-benzylhydantioin as template,a moleculary imprinted membrane was prepared in a polar solvent. The binding characteristics and selectivity of the polymer were evaluated by batch methods and transportation experiment.
Template and target information: 5R-5-Benzylhydantoin
Author keywords: 5R-5-Benzylhydantoin, molecular imprinting, molecularly imprinted membrane, enantioselectivity
