Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer highly selective for cefaclor was prepared by molecular imprinting technique with methacrylic acid as function monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross linker. Its selectivity to cefaclor was evaluated by batch adsorption experiments.Scatchard analysis indicated that there were two classes of recognition sites in cefaclor-imprinted polymer which had different affinity to cefaclor Furthermore,cefaclor-imprinted polymer displayed higher selectivity for cefaclor than imidacloprid. The results in this study show that the cefaclor-imprinted polymer can be used to selectively adsorb acetaniprid.
Template and target information: cefaclor
Author keywords: molecular imprinting technique, Adsorption characteristic, cefaclor
