Abstract: By using chloramphenicol as the template molecule, methacryamide as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the croes linking monomer,. a chloramphenicol - imprinted polymer was prepared by the molecular imprinting technology and photo - initiated polymerization. The conditions for preparation of the imprinted polymer were investigated and optimized. The results showed that chloramphenicol - imprinted polymer had faster adsorptive rate and higher adsorptive capacity, as compared with its corresponding non - imprinted polymer, and that photo - initiated polymerization was better than heat - initiated polymerization.
Template and target information: chloramphenicol
Author keywords: chloramphenicol, molecularly imprinted polymer, photo-initiated polymerization, adsorption
